About me

I received my J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where I was awarded a Zeta Tau Alpha Foundation Recognition Scholarship. I am admitted to practice in Illinois, California, the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois and Southern District of California, and before the USPTO.

My legal experience includes both boutique intellectual property law firm experience and in-house experience at a highly regarded research institute. I have experience in domestic and foreign patent prosecution across a wide range of technology, patent litigation, trademark prosecution, and IP counseling.
My scientific experience includes that of a staff scientist responsible for database design, environmental file review, and management of the preparation of environmental reports for a pending lawsuit regarding soil and ground-water contamination.
