I have over eighteen years experience in Operational Management, HR, Office Management and Account Management. I have a passion for Operations, HR and Customer Service, and believe in giving the very best service to both external and internal customers. I have experience of developing and implementing policies and procedures and ensuring that all systems are robust, so that there is continued business growth through strong operational processes and effective communication. I have managed teams both in Office and Sales environment, and enjoy mentoring and coaching staff to be the best that they can be. I am very analytical and IT proficient especially with Microsoft Office.
