Concentrating in Entertainment & Intellectual Property Law since 1982.

I opened my solo practice in 1996 after working as in-house counsel & Business Affairs Exec for Radio City Music Hall and then a partner of Serling Rooks & Ungar, a major NYC Entertainment Law firm.

Some of my clients have included U2, Salt 'N Pepa, Grace Jones, Roadrunner Records (Nickelback, Slipknot) & Curb Records (Lyle Lovette, LeAnn Rimes, The Judds, Hank Williams Jr).

I negotiate contracts for artists, musicians, models, writers, songwriters, actors, directors, producers, agents, managers, filmmakers, entertainment executives, recording, publishing, merchandising and other entertainment industry related companies.

I am a member of the bars of NJ, NY & TN and represent clients throughout the U.S.A.

I am also President of Futid Productions LLC which writes business plans & obtains financing for start-ups primarily in the entertainment & media industries.
