I love human resources, talent acquisition, technology and recruiting. In 2007, I founded a popular HR blog called Blogging4Jobs. I write, train and speak on all topics related to the human capital industry. I've been interviewed and quoted by publications including HR Magazine, Fast Company, Entrepreneur, Forbes and The Economist. In fact, Forbes listed me among the top 50 most influential social power users.
I am the most visible HR professional on the internet today. In my work, I spend my time doing the following:

*Serving as a subject matter expert on digital and marketing for the recruiting and human resource business functions.
*Consulting & advising HR and recruiting technologies and startups with a focus on marketing & strategy

*Training & consulting with HR and recruiting teams on digital and technology
*Writing, speaking and webinaring on human capital topics including but not limited to mobile, technology, employment branding & recruiting. I'm currently co-authoring
