Social media management and content development with an “always on” setup on Facebook for five Asian markets: Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia.

What We Did:
Based on the current Qantas Customer journey, we developed a bank of content covering product/service offerings, travel, lifestyle and leisure in different formats across five markets. We’ve also added user-generated content and QCCT’s philanthropic initiatives in the mix.

Fly with Qantas and get the Aussie experience from the moment you step aboard–including amazing lounges, new planes, and the premium dining experience.

People love to share their travel stories and opinions. We want to explicitly invite Qantas fans to share their experiences.

Impact:
The team began implementing the social and content strategy, together with paid advertising from March to August 2016 and we were able to achieve the following results:
