I am writing to introduce myself and to enquire whether your company has any vacancies.I am searching for an opportunity to use my retail, business, professional and creative skills within a fashion company and as you will see from my C.V I am very versatile in all areas of design and production and retail.

I have over fifteen years experience in the fashion industry. For many of those years I ran my own successful fashion boutique on the Fulham Road, London designing and manufacturing Evening wear, Bridal Wear, Formal Daywear, Tailored Suits etc. The company was initially set up in 1993 under the label Jacqueline Hogan Ltd. I remained the head designer and director of the business throughout this time supervising and managing all aspects of the business. The company closed in July 2004 after a successful eleven years in business.

I am now looking for a challenging and rewarding job where I can utilise all the fashion experience I have gained. I have a lot of professional and practical experience which I believe I could offer to your company and with my extensive background in the fashion industry, I

When the company closed I took up some teaching but have missed the excitement of working within a fashion company, and would now like to see if I can be considered for vacancies which may be available in your company whether it be the production or retail side.

At the time of running my business I had to develop many skills that are involved in running a company some of these included designing, pattern cutting , garment construction, general administration, people development, marketing and P.R, financial management and client liaison. As the list is long I am taking the liberty of sending you some additional information with my c.v.
