About me

As an English graduate with experience of working in a client-focused research and marketing role, I am interested in a range of work types, particularly copywriting, other writing, journalism, PR and research.

I would relish the opportunity to work persuasively and creatively for an agency or organization and I am very keen to be able to research and write sharp copy as introduction or accompaniment to an exciting story, concept or product. My experience of writing both academically and for business complements my interest in research and prose writing.

Throughout university, I proved my capability to write to high standard under time pressure, adopting an engaging and individual approach to analysis. Weekly essays, tutorials and termly examinations ensured I maintained a desire to improve and evolve my work. Whilst my degree illustrates my willingness and ability to succeed in an intellectually demanding environment, my work experience has given me valuable insight into working in a research and business development position.
