ABOUT
WWF wanted to raise awareness of the destruction of the Arctic due to climate change and apply pressure to world leaders during the COP26 negotiations. In this stop-motion film for WWF, which was created using only real, melting ice, we follow the story of a young polar bear which tries to survive in the increasingly melting Arctic environment. In the film, as in real life, Arctic sea ice melts rapidly “changing the Arctic ecosystems forever, causing destruction around the planet.” The emotional film acts as a direct metaphor to the issue at hand, highlighting the urgency of the Arctic problem.
