‘Neurodiversity’ is a concept where neurological differences are to be recognised and respected as any other human variation. In the workplace, neurodiversity means creating equal opportunities for employees of different mental abilities. Adjust are pushing this movement.

Adjust is a disability employment consultancy, who specialise in disabilities such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD and autism. We helped bring Adjust’s new identity to life, focusing on clarity and accessibility. Adjust helps organisations to improve their disability programmes through reasonable adjustments, which is represented through two adaptable parameters.
