Before joining Bell Media in 2015, Michael was the co-founder of Temporarily Unpopular Ideas, an ideas architecture and design agency specializing in the invention and reinvention of brave commercial brands and non-commercial projects.. Other notable experience include a long stretch at Unilever where he was one of the few who developed Dove's Campaign for Real Beauty. Following his tenure at Unilever, he held the role of Vice-President Global Marketing at Calvin Klein Cosmetics, launching the world's best selling fragrance brand Euphoria.
