Catch promises an authentic dining experience in a historic harbour-side location and has a unique story to tell. Upstairs there's Catch, and below there's its sister company Weyfish, a traditional artisan fishmonger and the commercial heart of Weymouth's fishing community. Arrive at the right time and you'll see that day's catch being hauled across the quayside for weighing in. That's their supply chain, start to finish.

The brief was to tell this story in the manner expected of a restaurant of this quality yet retain a sense of its true athenticity. We chose to bring this to life using carefully selected video loops with overlaid content and then apart from the food, stylised black and white photography.

Their produce story is further enhanced, within the menu section, with rollovers that allow a visitor to understand the origins of key ingredients. We are able to document not only the boat that caught the fish but in some cases the individual that prepared it once landed.

Enthusiastically received by the restaurant team and customers alike we would like to think, in some small way we’ve helped deliver the Michelin recognition they have now deservedly received.
