About me
Throughout my studies, design has played a key
role in my education and I feel it has infiltrated my views on how I
see the way architecture and interior design work together. Studying
both Art and Graphic Design at A level followed by my degree in
Interior Design, I feel that I have increased my awareness of the role
of a designer plays within society. The safety precautions and
awareness of people with disabilities combined with the pleasing
aesthetics of design, I feel as though it is more then just pretty
colours but more about the power to allow people to live and play as
the wish based around a safe foundation.
Interior design is one of my core
passions, and I feel it is losing its significance within wider
society. This is not because of a lack of teaching amongst schools but
rather the lack of understanding of design. This is why I feel there is
a desperate need for good Design whether that be in fine art or
animation who can then pass on their knowledge to our youth, and allow
them to really appreciate the impact of such monumental design that has
on our society and day-to-day lives.
