Redesign of Bike In Action (Cyprus)

*The aim of this Project was to redesign a leaflet that will be easier for the user to understand and use with minimal effort.
Topic:
The contents originator is easy bike - DEPL with the collaboration of the municipality of Nicosia. (Intermunicipal Bicycle Company of Nicosia) .
The bike sharing scheme is the new transport system (A bicycle sharing system, public bicycle system, or bike share scheme is a service in which bicycles are made available for shared use to individuals on a very short term basis. Bike share schemes allow people to borrow a bike from point "A" and return it at point "B".)
The scheme aims to encourage the public to choose bicycles as an alternative means of transportation.
This system is similar to other cities such as Paris and London. It can be found at stations in Agios Dometios , Aglantzia Dali, Engkomi, Latsia Lefkosia and Strovolos .Including 27 station with 315 bicycles to use. The goal is to provide the residents and visitors a cost saving and eco- friendly solution.
User:
The user is the person who is interested in riding bicycles, the residents and the visitor of the participating cities with a new, alternative, cost- friendly and healthy transportation system. It is for people who don’t own a car or a bicycle and they need a quick solution, it can also be for university students that want an easy way to get around.
You just need to have your credit card with you and you are ready to go. The user needs to know how to ride a bicycle and for reading skills to know where exactly he needs to go through the map. The leaflet is folded into a small A6 size, so it can be saved in your pocket while riding. Leaflet’s one side contains a pocket with a folded A3 map, On the map someone can find all the Bike In Action stations. On the other side of the A3 there is a decorative pattern.
Lastly the other side of the actual leaflet contains the information needed in order to use the bicycles and step by step on how to rent them .
