Previous experience includes 4/5 star hotel interior design,restaurants,conference facilities,luxury residential,show apartments and senior management offices.Ability to take a brief,prepare a fee proposal,create a design concept,presentation skills,prepae layouts and elevations,joinery details,sample boards,finishes schedules and specifications,control books,client meetings,issuing information,managing a team,liaison with consultants and taking site meetings.Preparing sample boards and layouts,working to deadlines,handover and completion,snagging and de-snagging.Confidence and ability to step into a role at speed,organise a workload and work independantly.Car owner with the facility to work from home or travel easily into central London.Looking for a variety of feelance opportunities,willing to provide replacement/stand in facilities for employees on short or long term leave.
