Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing in support of my application for the role of Web Shopping Experience / UX Manager. I believe my current role as Digital Customer Experience Manager at Boots gives me a lot of relevant skills and experience for this role, which sounds both exciting and challenging.

My current accountabilities involve leading the customer experience workstreams for corporate development projects, including pulling together requirements and ensuring brand guidelines and usability principles are upheld. I also deliver tactical campaigns to improve the digital experience of the customer, having extensive experience of customer journey mapping, wireframing and usability testing. I have a particular interest in multivariant testing, having run the Boots MVT programme for 3 years.

Above all, it is important to me that the customer is at the heart of everything I do, and I feel that this role also reflects that.
