Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to be considered for the position of Freelance Copywriter as advertised on reed.

I believe I am suitable for the job as I have both the experience and education required. I have experience in writing IT specific online content and have received fantastic feedback from clients. I have a great deal of experience working for a number of clients creating effective marketing content. Details and feedback from these clients can be found in the attached CV. I have also worked as a TV writer, producing work for Channel 4.

I have an undergraduate degree in Multimedia Journalism from Bournemouth University, the most esteemed journalism course in the UK, and a Masters degree in Scriptwriting, also from Bournemouth University. I feel these degrees, as well as placements at the likes of The Daily Telegraph and the BBC have provided me with invaluable experience and expertise that I would love to employ for Profiles Creative.

I aim to continue my career as a freelance copywriter and would love to focus specifically on IT and technology, a field I am fascinated by and enthusiastic about. I believe I have the writing skills and IT knowledge to be a real addition to the Profiles Creative team.

I would love to attend an interview to further demonstrate my suitability for this position.
