About me

Dear David Finch,

Working in Tag for the past 2 years I have gained a lot of Creative knowledge, whilst building strong relationships with my team, internal clients and external clients. My day-to-day tasks involve project managing a variety of different Creative briefs, from full rebrands to small copy jobs. I work closely with the Creative department, brainstorming and briefing them in on new projects, whilst managing their time and the budget and proofing all work before it leaves the studio. I understand the need to build good relationships and work closely with the Creative team and clients to ensure the most effective work is produced. I keep in regular contact with my clients ensuring their requirements and expectations are met. Clients will now approach me directly for further work, as they have trust in my ability. I very much enjoy this role of toing and froing between clients and our departments, as well as between various different types of clients.

My main strengths are my communication and organisational skills, which are integral in my current job role. For example, when Tag has recruited new Account Managers, Account Executives and Studio Managers I have taken it upon myself to train my new colleagues in the processes Tag employs, as well as, how to use the various internal systems. My approachable nature has allowed me to build up great relationships within my team, and they have gained trust in my leadership capabilities - this has led to a good efficient working environment. I am happy, and am used to, working long hours, as there have been many occasions where my team and I have been required to work to short deadlines.

As well as my day-to-day Senior Account Executive role, I also get heavily involved in any internal events, such as the Tag Christmas Party and quarterly bar nights. When my department had an office move I helped co-ordinate the move of over 100 people. I have participated in a three day presentation training course, which increased my confidence in presentation delivery. I also volunteer as a Fire Marshall within our building, and am a qualified First Aider.

I am looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to work in a vibrant, driven atmosphere where I can push myself to new limits, utilising my skills whilst continuing to develop and grow my ability.
