Cocoapod is a small company that creates personalisable, colourful chocolates for the gift market. Now in its 13th year, the company was the first chocolatier to focus on creating high quality, colourful, personalised chocolates that allow people to create messages.

brief
Cocoapod commissioned ifour to refresh its branding and update the Build a Box application on its website which allows customers to creatively personalise their purchase and add their own unique touch to the classic gift of a box of chocolates. This would also need to be optimised for responsive uses on other devices. They also requested a general improvement of e-commerce on the Cocoapod site and guidance developing a social media campaign are also part of the brief.

Ifour set about developing a new logo and the branding before moving on to any website designs. Use of typography, tone of voice, colour palette and bespoke 3d illustrations were explored and developed. Wireframes and key structure of the website were submitted and approved before the production of more visual concepts. Overall, the site is now friendly, bright, engaging with clear ctas.
