Good morning,

It is with a great deal of excitement that I am contacting about the role of Social Media Manager currently advertised on your website as it closely matches the next step I am seeking in my career.

Currently Social Media Manager in the Banking/Insurance industry (Suncorp, Australia), I am responsible for setting the social media strategy for the organization (portfolio level) I design integrated campaigns (Awareness, Retention and Acquisition), Legal Social Media Guidelines (Framework, Escalation Process, etc...) and handle all aspects of community management (Hootsuite, Radian6). This includes a wide range of channels from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or YouTube.

As Social Media needs to be seen as a global strategy, I'm also in charge of building/executing social media paid activity using platform such as Facebook Exchange, Custom Audience, Facebook Lookalike and Power Editor.

In this role I also work on Digital Strategy (Display, SEM and SEO for prospection and/or retargeting), as well as online video content, Responsive Website (From Framework to implantation) and Mobile Apps.

With over 7 years of experience in social media, I believe I am the perfect fit for this position for the following reasons. I have a proven track record in successful design and delivery of social media campaigns for corporate and SME clients. I interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. I am a team player focused on creating win/win solutions for both clients/customers and the organisation.
