About me
I am currently working as a sub editor for the fortnightly renewable energy publication reNews. I have also worked as a sub for Newsquest at the Southern Daily Echo and the Dorset Echo.
In my current job I am using InDesign, however I have also used QuarkXpress and I am comfortable with photo-editing software such as PhotoShop. I layout, copy-edit and proofread on a daily basis, and also have experience of writing and uploading stories to the web.
I am looking to move into freelance work, and although I am living in Basingstoke, I have no issues with commuting.
I would be looking for a salary of around £190 a day.
