About me

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to apply for the recently advertised position of Graphic Designer.

I am an enthusiastic designer, currently living in Maidenhead. My experience spans over 25 years in the print industry whilst using Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Quark Xpress. I am able to produce work with a keen eye for detail and within deadlines. I have also recently completed an evening course with Newbury College in CSS and HTML.

I am very passionate about consistency in corporate branding, which has been very successful with past clients including Hampshire Constabulary and Keyang Power Tools. I embrace new challenges with open arms with a view to create the best possible solution for the client.

I also possess excellent communication and people skills, having served as a Special Constable for Thames Valley Police in Maidenhead, for the past 25 years. This has been a crucial role in enhancing my ability to work on my own initiative or as part of a large team in any working environment.
