About me

Dear Salt,

I am an experienced creative producer having worked on a range of projects across the sectors of digital art, theatre, film, music, heritage and community learning. I am comfortable developing projects from initial concept stage through to delivery and promotion, working with a range of stakeholders and creatives.

My most rewarding work experiences have been where I am able to combine my love of spreadsheets with my creative approach. Whilst producing London, I co-designed game interactions, developed characters and also brought in funding, managed logistics and a team of 35. It was being part of the full process that made the work successful as well as enjoyable.

I have been a production and development consultant of for a few years and which spurred on my passion for art and technology. During this time I have managed a range of events and worked directly with creators to realise their projects. I have been a freelancer for years so understand the need for flexibility and am experienced with managing my time well and keeping all the team up to date (even remotely) with project developments. I am entrepreneurial at heart and regularly show initiative by securing sponsorship or commissions and instigating new work.

My early experience was in film and video production which taught me how to remain calm under pressure, often within very demanding settings. I have also managed film festivals and launched - this live events experience cemented my measured approach and was crucial in honing my relationship management skills with filmmakers, volunteers, pr specialists and patrons.

I appreciate I do not have direct mobile experience but it's an area I've always wanted to move into. The skills I've acquired are transferable and a fresh pair of eyes might be what the brand need. I am currently looking to get stuck into a focused contract where I can learn add to my knowledge base and in particular, work with a team of professionals. I would embrace this opportunity to discover more about the work of this brand and with my varied experience, I hope to contribute positively to it's development.
