Spotting a typo or brand error from 100 metres, writing compelling, fresh and enticing copy that sparkles and being the manager that releases the potential of creative 'wunderkinds'. That's me, Stef Dicembre, and here's what I can do for you.

As head of copy, words and creativity are my life. Headlines have to sizzle, campaigns must completely convince. Whether they are my own ideas or from the team that I am manager for, only the innovative, intelligent and impactful will get my final approval.

As brand expert, I know how much brand is key. As a pitbull for accuracy, I savage everything from spelling mistakes to inappropriate uses of language and tone of voice. Nothing must harm your brand, and I am the guardian of that galaxy.

As manager, I want my team members to thrive. Coaching, mentoring and developing people are strengths of mine. Imparting my experience and acting as a sounding board are things that are just natural for me to do.
