I came across your post on creativepool.

I have 1 year of Exposure to WordPress CMS.

Yes, you read it right its Exposure instead of Experience because I believe that more a person has exposure to new technologies and trends going in market , more he/she has knowledge, skills & out of the box solutions for given problems.

Experience simply doesn't convey if the person had enough exposure.
