About me

I have good experience of editing to music. I am competent in colour correction and grading, recently producing B-Roll footage Broadcast News packages for FTSE 100 companies, Rentokil Initial and National Grid, including legalisation of images and grading of discoloured footage.

I consider myself innovative and a problem solver. I am regularly encoding to OMF 2.0, MOV, DV Stream, WMV, MPEG 1 & 2 out to DVD and CD-Rom and creating DVDs using Sonic DVD IT.

I am Avid Xpress Pro Graphics 129 trained and Certified and fully conversant with both Boris FX AVX and Sapphire AVX plug-ins.

Software I have used to date includes Avid Xpress Pro, Avid Xpress Pro HD, Avid Media Composer, Avid Adrenaline, Adobe Audition and the basic versions of Pro Tools, Adobe Premiere Pro 7 and Final Cut Pro. I am skilled with Digibeta players and DV decks and can operate with Photoshop and basic Flash and html editing.
