About me

My name is Salomé, I have recently graduated from VCU Brandcenter as an Art Director with my Master's degree.

I spent last summer working at a small incredibly creative agency, Barrett SF. I had the opportunity to work on various projects. I got to work on each stage of the process from creating an idea and concept all the way to execution and production. I participated in a production shoot and then went into video editing, my favorite steps in the process, and the work I most excel at.

I have a significant amount of professional experience. Before Brandcenter, I had a successful career in the fashion industry. I spent 7 years in NYC as a print/graphic designer. This experience gave me insight and perspective on design and conceptual thinking as a creative problem solver. It also taught me what it means to be a professional in a demanding industry.

Working in a variety surrounded setting has always been something I strive in and specifically look for. Growing with creatives who are not afraid to put work out which reflects themselves so others can see and relate to is extremely essential for me. I hope to surround myself with the best, given the opportunity, I know I can prove myself and bring my unique perspectives to the company.
