About me

Art and creating imagery has been a passion since before I can truly remember. Later, in school, biology and science became a way for me to understand the world around me and make sense of it. My career is about combining these two core facets of who I am to share what I learn with others.

Over the years I have studied and honed my skills on numerous tools of expression from traditional media like pen & ink, oil painting, and gauche to computer graphics, three dimensional modeling, and many coding languages.

For me, the media will always evolve. What endures are the foundational principles of design. How we are conditioned to read and see data at a young age. How certain colors can initiate specific responses in our minds. How certain shapes and forms invite us in and others cause us to recoil.
