About me

Due to personal and family-related reasons, I have lived and studied in several different countries. For this reason and having to constantly change educational establishments and cultural environments, I have accumulated a wide range of skills varying from film to photography and more recently research in the international development sector.

Currently, I am working as a freelance photographer for non-profit organisations in London and Lebanon. I specialise in photojournalism and photo documentaries (photo essays). My objective is to find a position in a photo agency or film production company working on documentaries and factual shows.

My region of interest is the Middle East and North Africa. I am fluent in Arabic and French and find it very easy to adjust to a new environment and adapt to a different cultural experience.

Technically, I have worked on mini-digital video cameras such as Canon GL-2 and XL-2, as well as editing programs such as Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere. I am currently using digital photography equipment as well as Photoshop CS2 and Capture One.
