To whom it may concern,
I am very keen to be considered for the position of Customer Service Advisor and I believe there is a strong match with my skills.
In my last role at BSkyB, I managed social media platforms and trained colleagues on CRM platforms. I also communicated with customers through Facebook, Twitter and the NOW TV Community pages.
Since leaving NOWTV/Sky in March I have managed the social media strategy for three small businesses, improving their marketing range and gaining more customers.
I am available to start now. I can work at any time that serves the business.
