Brambles, a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions, sought to evolve its brand and that of its client-facing brand, CHEP, to reflect their increasing digital capabilities and commitment to sustainability. The challenge was to signal this transformation without disrupting the established brand recognition, particularly the iconic blue pallets. Our approach centered around the concept of "The Living Network," inspired by the dynamic movement of starlings. We developed a design system that introduced motion, using shapes and animations to represent the interconnectedness of Brambles' network. The result was a refreshed brand identity that positions Brambles and CHEP as leaders in digital transformation, while retaining their existing brand equity and visual assets.
