About me

I have recently completed a BA in Film and Media with practise, in which I gained an Upper Second Class Honours Degree. My first love is scriptwriting and creative writing in various genres. I am a talented, articulate writer with creativity at my fingertips with an excellent grasp of all Microsoft programs and Internet.

I have a wide knowledge of all media. This ranges from film and print to radio and have experience in all 3 fields. I also have a witty and sunny outlook, which I believe, is shown through my work. I have a way with words and have had poetry and scripts published from an early age and have excellent command of the English language. I have a wide knowledge of the development of scripts, from premise and synopsis to a final filmable copy. I also have experience in story boarding.

I have been deadline orientated through out my university experience however only discovered that I work extremely well under pressure in my current job. My organisational skills are excellent as are my research capabilities.

I am enthusiastic and passionate about writing, with excellent vocabulary and ability to communicate my ideas articulately. During my second year in university I wrote, directed and edited a short film, in which I was responsible for editing the ideas of 3 other people into one polished script. Other responsibilities included character biographies, continuity of scenes, organising the team and editing.
