Dear Sirs,
I am a skilled and enthusiastic artworker with a passion for design and an extensive experience in the publishing industry. In my present job I am responsible for the designing and the production of all literature for the school internal and external events. I am also responsible for the running of the reprographic department.
In my previous jobs as an Artworker I was in charge of a team in the production of books, magazines, annual reports, corporate documents and brochures for a variety of clients, from museums to the public relations department of companies to private individuals. My skills include the use of desktop publishing software like Quark X Press and Adobe Creative (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop). I have a good eye for detail and I am able to work under pressure. I am easily adaptable to new working environments and able to learn new programmes quickly. I am a highly organised individual, able to seek solutions to problems when they arise and whose thorough and precise approach to projects has produced excellent results in my present and previous jobs. I am a friendly and dependable individual who feels at ease working with both creative and technical members of a team; I am hardworking, honest, dependable and reliable. Originally from Italy, I have been working in England for the last three years and I am looking for the right job to develop my career.
