In 2009 RRDCreative designed and produced the CRR for British Airways, reflecting both the BA brand and their Corporate Responsibility Strategy “One Destination”. As Creative Director, I began by immersing myself and the team in the British Airways brand guidelines to ensure our interpretation of the brief was spot on. The final report was extremely well received, leading to a commission to create the Report for 3 consecutive years.
In 2012 we were commissioned to produce the full Report, an accompanying Executive Summary and to redesign the One Destination site. Visitors to the One Destination site are able to download the Report and the Summary. The report demonstrates the significance BA place on its Corporate Responsibilities, focussing on measurements of performance and future goals.
