About me
As described in my résumé, I have over thirteen years experience in the art design industry, specialising in the artistic layout of the entire range of Christie's Catalogues. As Senior Catalogue Administrator I have gained exceptional experience in creative Photoshop skills and have earned the title of Key User. Uniquely, I have a very strong association with the heads of each department in their profession which has enabled me to understand their needs and build a greater understanding of how to maximise the display of artifacts, enabling them to realise their full potential, thus improving the prospects at auction stage.
I have been involved directly in almost all of the London auctions throughout the past two and a half years. Through the completion of these sale catalogues I have further developed strong analytical, problem solving and high-level communication skills, which are crucial to being a successful leader in computer design. From these undertakings and time spent as an administrator, I understand how important it is to prioritise work to meet deadlines, plan effectively and deliver solutions that meet the client's needs. Furthermore, I was selected in 2001 from among fourteen applicants as the successor to attend the training seminars in Leeds where I would develop in the Power User training programme to enhance my status to Senior Catalogue Administrator.
