About me

Having recently been made redundant from United Advertising Publications after 6 years, I have now set up my own business as a freelance graphic designer/artworker.

I have worked in studios and publishing environments for over ten years and have gained much experience using Quark, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. I have my own iMac G5 at home with CS2 so I am up to date with the latest software. I would also like to learn web design.

I have a keen interest in photography and have a good quality digital SLR camera that will enable me to further my career. I am currently looking to start a college course in photography to improve my ability.

I am able to work well either as part of a team or on my own and am used to working to tight deadlines and challenging situations.

I don't have any academic qualifications in the design area, but I believe my experience more than makes up for this.
