24 Buckingham Gate is an exclusive collection of eight apartments and one luxury penthouse, situated on the edge of St James’s Park opposite Buckingham Palace.

The project identity was inspired by the development’s regal and austere surroundings, as well as the apartment interiors which showcased traditional British flair.

To help market the project and encourage sales, a hardback brochure was designed and printed. This featured rose gold foil throughout, adding a delicate touch and sense of quality to the overall appearance.

A website was also built, to showcase the development to potential foreign investors.
