The Button Factory is a creative team newspaper. The first issue was a showcase of the talent at RY.

'We’re the creative team. And we’re called that for a reason. When we’re not creating here, — at the old button factory — we’re doing it on the 55, in front of the telly, on our nightly cycles home, over a pint at the Brickies, on rambling walks across London or in weekend workshops with our kids. Sketching, whittling, dreaming, capturing, we’re always doing something. Some of those things are for clients; some are just for us; some are in here.'
