ABOUT
Clean Cut is a minimalist jewellery editorial exploring the relationship between material, light, and reflection. Set against a stark white backdrop, the shoot features a carefully curated interplay of chrome trays and sculptural glass objects—each element chosen to echo the clarity, sharpness, and refinement of the jewellery itself.
The concept was built around contrast and control: the hard edges of metal against the fluid curves of glass, the clean simplicity of the background allowing the jewellery to command attention without distraction. Reflections became a key compositional tool—chrome surfaces subtly mirroring and distorting the pieces.
The lighting is crisp and cold, casting soft shadows with an ambient backlight and highlighting facets of stones and metal. Every frame was treated like a still life, balancing precision with a sense of air and space.
At its core, Clean Cut is a study in purity—of design, composition, and execution—allowing the jewellery to shine in its most distilled and elevated form.
