About me

I'm a 25-year-multidisciplinary experienced Designer, Art Director, and Illustrator with passages through the main companies and advertising/digital agencies in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I've been managing creative teams for the last 14 years, and also starting and maintaining digital transformation processes. Since 2014, I've been working with digital products of many types, adding my design experience with business, advertising, and marketing skills.

In 2018, I was hired as the Head Designer at Rede D'Or, which is the biggest health company here, in Brazil, under Digital Transformation Chapter. We form a poll of 72 hospitals all over the country. I aimed to create, develop and scale the design team and its discipline spread to the company, and my main task is to guarantee the design excellence of healthcare digital products through quality checkpoints, providing solutions based on the highest UX standards.

I feel incredibly comfortable in a diverse range of creative projects. I like to explore different techniques, approaches, and design processes and also dive into advanced technology research. To provide a superior engagement to the company's clients, I also use advertising, storytelling, and many other tools coming from different sources.

As a former advertising creative director, I have acquired a vast craft domain, and experience with a huge range of clients, projects, communication aspects, presentations, pitches, etc. As a former entrepreneur, I bring a different business view on how projects and teams can be managed, including finance and general management. I am an experienced consultant, which brings me to an open approach to businesses, operations, finances, governance, etc.
