Choice Collect is a concept specifically designed for HomeChoice as a new Distribution Channel offering to its customers. The aim is to allow customers to collect their goods at a Collection Point closest to them. The objective of the app was to empower the agents with one app in which to complete their daily tasks and incentivise them to get clients to collect their parcels.
