I had an overlap position acting as a technical architect to provide shop drawings for construction. The goal was to translate the original design made by Gallagher & Associates (Washington DC) to Brazilian materials to implement the new Sao Paulo Office. I was also acting as an account manager, making regular meetings with both Google and Gallagher clients to make sure everything was on track. I would provide and post them samples and share every single shop drawing to meet their expectations and standards. On top of that I was also the head of GTM's team, coordinating meetings, deadlines, overall progress and quality control
