Transport for London’s latest campaign – Every Report Helps Build A Picture – is the second from VCCP since winning the account last year.

The campaign aims to persuade more women to come forward and report unwanted sexual behaviour on public transport. Currently, 90% of people who experience it don’t report it.

The online film shows a businessman with a blurred out face who, thanks to different women’s reports, is gradually unmasked – highlighting the point that every report, however small, is taken seriously and helps build a picture to assist the police in catching the perpetrator.

The campaign launched on Friday 10th March and is running on VOD, online and social as well as in print.
