To create a website attractive only to serious innovators who would be worth the investment of time and perhaps captial of the small but expert team

The response
Research and rebrand to compete with private banks and angel investors and give a tech noir feel.
Creation of a web-only idea assessment tool, networkng forum, and an online magazine showcasing successful innovations.
Interactive map showing where innovations were being trialled had downloadable information packs for clinicians to use when presenting to hospital management
Ongoing expeirence optimisation to meet changing NHS/NICE policy and external market demands.

The results
Replaced the telephone and mail as the primary initial contact point for potential innovators.
Created a single point for clinical and market feasibility assessments.
Generated 50+ product innovations worth approximately £30 million.
