Hello.

I offer a number of support functiona to a prospective client. Print production, project and production management, print buying, freelance outsourcing support including cost consultancy and process review.

I have 12 years of experience writing specifications and outsourcing for a whole range of project types. Including corporate identity and branding, promotional marketing, merchandise, clothing, magazines, direct mail, point of sale, outdoor, ambient and events marketing projects.

I have worked on both sides of the supply fence as a buyer and as a production manager within a printer. This experience enables me to identify and resolve potential issues before a project reaches a printer.

In addition I have considerable experience of setting up, transferring and running production departments including the inherent problem solving and designing work flow systems to ensure and maintain quality throughout the life of a project. Finally I have developed a comprehensive supplier network which grows continually and have experience of negotiating trade and discount arrangements.
