About me
Hello!
I am the UK & EMEA Creative Director for The Economist Group, based in London. As well managing The Economist brand in these regions, and delivering marketing and brand strategy, I focus a great deal of my time on Client Marketing - developing communications to encourage new advertising and marketing programmes from our extensive client list across a wealth of industries. My team and I produce award-winning advertising copy and artwork for clients including Chevron, Shell, Credit Suisse, HSBC, UBS, Pfizer, GE (Healthcare and Corporate), Vodafone, Philips, and a range of luxury advertisers including Baume and Mercier, Courvoisier, Conrad Hotels, Ritz-Carlton, Vertu, Jaguar, BMW, Lexus, and many more.
I am an experienced director of a creative team, and I also have extensive experience in graphic design and art direction, copywriting, illustration, photo retouching, journalism, and sales. I have worked across print and digital media, as well as cerated and directed Audio/Visual output, and worked on iPad, iPhone and Android platforms. I manage sales and marketing teams, creative teams, and research and strategic planning teams.
On a personal note, I enjoy writing plays and illustrating children's books. I play guitar and sing in a band (though not a good one!) and am learning to play piano. I like a game of squash, and am learning to speak French.
