About me

Good afternoon,

I would like to be considered for the position of 'Junior Account Manager'. I have attached my CV for your consideration.

I have completed a degree in 'Advertising and Media' at Northumbria University, in which I achieved a 2:1, and I now feel as though I am ready to take up the challenge of applying the knowledge gained through my studies at industry level.

I have undertaken a month long work placement at Underscore, a branding agency located in central London, which allowed me to expand my knowledge and grasp a stronger understanding of how agencies work. I contributed ides on strategy and design to live projects for high profile clients, and demonstrated my creative writing skills on the agency's blog. As a result of this, I was given the responsibility of writing the first draft script of a visual media production for a notable client.

Throughout October, I interned at Coley Porter Bell, a brand and design agency located in Paddington, where I have been worked within the 'Marketing and New Business' team. I devised marketing and strategy plans for the agency to win new business, as well as worked within the client service team to manage designers on projects. I also worked alongside the planning team to developed a a digital campaign for a blue chip client.

Although I am inexperienced, I feel that I am ready to take on the challenge of entering employment within the thriving media industry, and I feel sure that my excellent communication and writing skills are above what is expected. I am very confident, and have been told that my personality is extremely likeable.
