Dear Recruitment Team,

I would like to apply for the role of Account Executive as advertised through Creativepool on 20th November 2012.

I feel my broad range of experience and the skills I have learnt throughout my career have set me up well to work as an Account Executive. I am a motivated and driven person, who can work in a team or autonomously when required.

I have previously worked as an Account Executive for a PR sports marketing company. Our client was one of the largest oil companies in the world and our agency was tasked with managing all marketing campaigns using the client's partners as an activation tool. We also carried out the media and PR assignments on behalf of the client. My responsibilities here included idea generation for all campaigns, production of marketing material for international markets and analysis of marketing performance. I was also in charge of the clients social media communications and their website.

I am currently a Producer for a small production company working in motorsport. My role requirements include the sourcing of film crews, international travel logistics, client relations and directing the filming whilst on site. Aided by a highly professional team around me, the company has taken on new clients in the form of the Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA).

My career started in the television industry as an intern in a production company creating TVCs for leading global firms. I was quickly promoted in this role, due to the guidance of an incredibly experienced team around me, to Production Assistant. Owing to continued successes, I was once again promoted, to Production Coordinator, where I became the main contact throughout pre-production planning. I also lead the creative team, in conjunction with the director, whilst being in daily contact with the client for approval of ideas and storyboards.

I am a creative individual who is extremely passionate about marketing and films and I have a strong drive for success. I feel that my experience will be a great benefit to this position and can make an immediate positive impact on the company. I am encouraged by the opportunity to receive training and am excited at the chance to work with some high-profile clients.
