About me

I am trying to pursue a career within photography as it is my passion, and in this role I can use my high level of technical knowledge and customer service skills that I have gained from working at Apple.

I have a strong passion for photography which I studied at A level and degree level. I completed my degree in photography at Southampton Solent university and after graduating two years ago I have been working for Apple as a Genius.

As an Apple 'Genius' I am part of a team which duties include having appointments with customers to triage any issues they may have with an Apple product, where I have to provide an extremely high level of customer service, while working under pressure and having to deal with a lot of ambiguity. We then have to complete any repairs that need to be done in a timely manner and to a very high standard, while documenting and recording all the details of the repair. From seeing a large amount of different technical issues at the Genius bar this has led me to have experience in lots of different things within IT including websites, data bases and servers.
