About me
I am a graduate of the University of Sheffield, currently working for Sheridan&Co within the Brand Strategy department. I am gaining great exposure to the Retail Design industry and building upon my previous five years' experience in the Retail sector. Most recently I have spent 5 weeks representing the company and conducting market research in Shanghai, China.
My education at the University of Sheffield included research into urban space and its development and how we as individuals interact with, and perform our identities within certain spaces. As part of this I was given the opportunity to travel to New York, within a small select group, in order to conduct research towards an individual project, for which I was awarded a first. Further to this I studied statistical data analysis, Geographies of the Media, and Cultural Geographies.
I am a keen twitter user, and active blogger. These interests have recently allowed me to further my fascination with street fashion, music, and photography by writing small pieces for two magazines/blogs.
In addition to this my interests include Urban Photography, Music, and Snowboarding.
My objectives for the future would be, to be able to further my professional experience, incorporating my interests outside work wherever possible.
