Dear Sir / Madam,

I am an Interior Designer with eleven years experience in the Architecture, Design and Construction industry, and am currently working for a turnkey design and fitout practice in Cheshire, specialising in high-end restaurant, hotel, pub, and one-off domestic projects.

However, my wife and I are now looking to re-locate to the Leeds area, due to her being offered a new post in the area, and so I am writing to you with enquiry to the Interior Design vacancy.

During my time as an Interior Designer, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects right across the industry, including; Education, Retail, Leisure, Transport & Offices, being involved in projects ranging from £100K to £65M, and working within large design teams as well as managing my own projects.

Throughout this time I have been able to develop excellent communication skills, with an ability to present ideas, verbally, freehand, or using software such as AutoCAD, PhotoShop, InDesign, to both clients and contractors as well as the internal design team.

I am interested in all aspects of the Design and Construction industry and ideally I would be looking for a salary from £25,000 to £30,000 per annum but am willing to be flexible
